About Me
Your Trusted Partner In Home Care & Nursing Services
I am Jenn the caregiver who is here to care for you or your loved one with a lot of passion. I’ve been at Caregiver since 2003 when I obtained my (CNA) certified nurse assistant certification in Portland, Oregon. In 2003 I began my journey working for an agency who specialized in medical specialty needs and hospice in home care settings. In my first year of being an in home care aid I learned that this is what I wanted to do for the rest if my life. Through my journey, I learned that agencies can be very unreliable and they always send out new caregivers to whom clients are unfamiliar with and every caregiver needs to be taught the clients care needs each time and it is overwhelming for Clients and families in their home to have someone new each time.
I focus in a small group of clients and a small group of private in-home caregivers with whom we provide a client Focused care plan so that there is routine for quality care and consistency for reliability and self security of the clients personal Quality of life.
With me, you get consistency and reliability always. Every persons care needs are very different and I focus on every individually differently. Everybody who I care for becomes my family.
Throughout the years, I’ve been doing private in home care in private homes or privately hired through people who need a one-on-one in facilities where they reside. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve gained a lot of skills.

Frequently Asked Questions
01 Why choose in home health care ?
Choosing in-home healthcare can offer several advantages depending on a person’s needs, lifestyle, and condition. Here are the main reasons why individuals or families opt for in-home care:
Comfort and Familiarity
Being at home often reduces stress and anxiety, especially for seniors or people with chronic conditions.
Patients heal and respond better in a familiar environment.
Personalized Care
Care is customized to the individual’s needs and schedule.
You receive one-on-one attention, unlike in a hospital or facility where staff are divided among many patients.
Greater Independence
Many people feel more in control of their lives when staying at home.
Promotes dignity by allowing them to remain active in their daily routines.
Cost-Effective
In many cases, it can be more affordable than hospital or assisted living stays, especially for long-term or part-time care.
Family Involvement
Allows family members to stay involved and close, providing emotional support and oversight.
Easier to coordinate visits, communication, and updates.
Reduced Risk of Infections
Being at home minimizes exposure to hospital-acquired infections and illnesses.
Support for Chronic Conditions or Recovery
Ideal for people with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, mobility issues, or those recovering from surgery or illness.
Care plans can include physical therapy, medication management, wound care, and more.
Companionship
In-home aides often provide not just medical help, but companionship, which reduces feelings of loneliness and isolation.

What Our Clients Say
About Us
Jennifer is a wonderful, kind, caring person who helps take care of my 90 year old mother. My mother is In early-stage dementia. Jennifer is very patient and offers good suggestions to our family about how to support my mothers confusion and memory loss. She provides important companionship for my mother daily, prepares meals, helps with laundry and light housework, as needed, and makes sure that mama takes her medicines, as prescribed. We are so grateful for the support and peace of mind that Jennifer brings.

Jenn takes excellent care of our mother who has dementia. Jenn bathes her, helps her dress, keeps her clean, and does activities with her. Takes her for walks, does her laundry- does everything for our Mom. Our
Mom just loves Jenn!

Jennifer provided amazing care for my dad, who is bedridden due to a stroke he suffered in April. My dad calls her a “diamond” because she knows exactly what she’s doing and always anticipates his needs. She took on the crucial night shift, which for my dad meant numerous changes, repositioning, and breakfast in the morning. My dad weighs 200 lbs and is 6 foot 3 inches tall. We had been through at least 15 caregivers before we found Jennifer, and she is truly among the best to take care of him. We strongly recommend hiring her; she will provide amazing care for your loved one.
